A robotics research team in San Francisco is paying $160 for a hands-on, in-person study. Participants complete everyday manual tasks while the team captures movement data, which is used to develop algorithms that teach robots to learn from human skills. Sessions are scheduled between November 9 and 13, 2026, and the tasks are simple and suitable for most adults.
This is a fun and unusual way to get paid, and you do not need any technical knowledge to take part. Expect activities such as picking up, sorting or assembling ordinary objects while sensors or cameras record how you move. Wear comfortable clothes and be ready to repeat some tasks a few times. The study is for people who can travel to the San Francisco location, so apply through the User Interviews screener if you live nearby.
Is this study legit?
Yes. It's run by User Interviews, an established market research company. You should never be asked to pay to take part. How we check studies →
